A Colorado native who grew up in Evergreen, Desiree Root has a deeply personal connection to the community she now serves. Returning to build her own life and business here has made helping others find their place in Evergreen and the surrounding foothills especially meaningful to her.
Desiree has always been someone who genuinely wants to help people. She believes real estate should feel personal, honest, and built on trust. For her, that means taking the time to truly know her clients, understand what matters to them, and always have their best interests at heart. She values relationships that extend far beyond a transaction.
With a background in design, marketing, and client service, Desiree brings creativity and thoughtful strategy to her work. As a certified Home Staging Expert, she has a natural ability to see the potential in a home and understands how thoughtful presentation can create connection and help a property stand apart.
As a Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS) and GRI designee, Desiree brings valuable knowledge of the unique considerations that come with foothills and mountain properties. She pairs that expertise with attention to detail, honest communication, and genuine care so her clients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the process.
Her connection to Evergreen extends well beyond real estate. Desiree created Evergreen and Beyond as a way to celebrate and connect the local businesses, events, people, and experiences that make this community special.
